Blue Flame have come to us twice - once to service our boiler and again to remove another appliance. Both times they have been able to come out almost the same day, have given a very fair quote, arrived when they said they would, and completed the job quickly and with minimal fuss.

Annual Boiler Service - Baxi Boiler

Garry from Blue Flame came to service my BAXI boiler which he and his team installed last year. As promised when the boiler was installed, this first service was free. As always, Garry and his team were efficient and friendly both when setting up the service appointment and conducting the service and all of my questions were answered. We had a boiler installed by this company 5 months ago and were very impressed by the professionalism of the company. We have recently had a problem with the programmer and the company responded very quickly and did everything they could to deal with this. Our boiler broke down and previously called out another company who gave us wrong information and misdiagnosed our boiler. Gave Garry a call and he called out the next day and found the problem instantly..was initially quoted twice as much by the other guy but ended up paying half that by getting the work done with Garry. very professional and friendly guy. thanks very much.

New Boiler & Shower

Garry and the team were professional and polite from initial consultation to job finish. I would certainly recommend, they did a fantastic job taking out an ancient power max boiler and replacing with a Worcester boiler. Good value for money too.

Had a new condenser boiler fitted. Carl did a fantastic job. He was professional, polite and thorough. He made sure boiler and the new Hive control was working before he left. He left no mess, old boiler was taken away. Garry followed up with us next day to explain warranty etc. That is what I call excellent customer service! As a landlord I have been using Blue Flame for 18 months since being let down by my previous Gas Safe engineer. I have used them for boiler services, gas safety certificates,gas connections, and now a complete renovation to an old leaking central heating system. Happy tenant and happy me.
